ip phone time issue

Hello

I have the following problem:

My ip telephones have not update de local time to the summer time. But the time on the Callmanager is correct (GMT +1), but the ip telephone shows one hour less.

Is there any option, like "daylight savings" option on Windows, in the callmanager?

Thanks.

Re: ip phone time issue

There is a Date/Time group configured for each device pool. Verify that the phone's device pool has the correct Date/Time group.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Re: ip phone time issue

Hello

Thank you for the response

There is only one Date/Time group with the GMT + 1, all the phones have this time group. The problem is that the CCM, that is in th same time zone (gmt +1) shows the correct hour, but the phones shows one hour less.

Re: ip phone time issue

Double-click the clock in the system tray on CCM. Make sure that "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" on the Time Zone tab is checked.
