Hello all,
This is CCM 4.1
When the Display (Internal CAller ID) is set on a DN, and I receive a call from that DN, my IP phone displays "call from Joe Smith". However, when I call Joe Smith's extension, it just says "to 3000". I could have sworn it was supposed to say "to Joe Smith"
Am I just losing my mind, or is this only a CME feature? I don't have another CCM system to test with...

This feature does work in CCM as well. Make sure Alerting Name is also set to "Joe Smith" in DN configuration. This normally gets set by default when you populate the Display (Internal Caller ID) field.

I have the same problem. When I dial another Ip Phone it first says "To 3000" but when the call is answered i can see "to Joe Smith"
