IP Phone: using # to denote end of digits does not work

Dear all,

I would like to use # on my ip phone to indicate to call manager that there are no more digits but it doesn't appear to work and I get number unobtainable. I am running call manager version 3.2(2c)spH. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Thanks,

Tracey

Tracey-

You may already have this, but make sure you have the # at the end of the route patterns so CallManager knows what to do with it.

Gary

Hi Gary,

I don't have # at the end of the route pattern. I will give this a try.

Many thanks,

Tracey

Just an FYI, if you have a route pattern with the @ symbol, then # need not be specified at the end of the pattern. Callmanager will correctly understand # as end of dialing delimiter.
