IP Phones disconnection problem

Hi,

I have an ccm 3.2 SPG version with MGCP 3662 router with 12.2(8)T4.

I have the problem of disconection :

--> The IP phones continue to ring after external caller (PSTN access) hungup.

--> I don't know if we need a configuration on CCM or on the voice port of the mgcp gateway ...

Please help me ..

Hi -

I am assuming you are using FXO lines into your 3662. This is a very common issue with FXO lines. Please take a look at the following link:
