IP phones discovery

The User Tracking tool of CiscoWorks doesn´t discover the IP phones. Their IP addresses appear on the main table but they are not recognized as phones.

Anyone with similar problem?

Cisco-Works is not compatible with the latest release of callmanager (release 3.3), you will need to upgrade to the very latest version of ciscoworks to solve the problem.
