IP Phones loose connectivity when switch is powered off/on
Has anyone seen issues when ip phones are connected to 3500 XL switches and the switch looses power. When the switch comes back up you have to disconnect and reconnect all IP phones in order to get the link light back up. Seem like it has something to do with the inline power that the ip phones use.

Are you saying that the phone never gets power back when the switch is powered back on or that the phone does get power but just sits in a registering or some sort of cycle where it never registers. If the phone is getting power it is likely that you are running into CSCdv03757. Looking at the bug it looks like it will be fixed in 3.0(12) and not sure what build of 3.1 will have it.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
