IP Phones reboot themselves

The IP Phones at one of our remote sites reboot themselves almost 4-5 times a day. This results in dropped calls, network down situations. There were CRC errors noted on the gateway which is a 2620 router running 12.1.5-T6.The Telco did a test and it came out clean. The WIC card on the router was replaced, the router was replaced also but the errors remain causing same problems intermittently. The cables have been swapped also but with no luck. The CCM on the main side is 3.1.3a-spF and the gateway on the main site is also a 2620 running 12.1.5-T6.Any ideas.

Re: IP Phones reboot themselves

If you turn on detailed CCM traces on each on the servers and check the traces files as soon as you see a phone reboot. Search in the trace for the MAC address of the phone that reset. You shoudl either see that the phpne lost keepalives to the CCM or the phone or the CCM issued a device reset for some reason.
