IP phones reset when near 2-way radio that is transmitting

A customer demonstrated for a field tech that IP phones (I think they were 7960s, but may have been 7940s) completely restart if a 2-way radio is held nearby and the talk button hit. Anyone hear of this before, and is this a known issue/problem?

You are likely running into bug ID CSCeb50582 - 7960G phone reboots when Motorola radio is used within 2 feet.

Thanks - I don't know why I couldn't find that bug with the tool; must've fat fingered somewhere.
