IP PHONES-SLOW RESPONSE

Dear guys,

My customer has a problem.Once they dial from IP phones it gets  about30 seconds to ring(very slow).These phones are connected to the voice gate 2.But the phones which are connected to the voice gateway 1 is working fine without any delay.Whta could be the problem?Can any body guide me where to look?Any hints  ..really appriciate.

What is the topology?  Elaborate:

* CME or CUCM?

* What PSTN circuit are you using?  PRI? T1-CAS? E1R2? SIP ITSP? FXO?

* If this is CUCM:

a) What VoIP protocol are you using?  H.323, SIP, or MGCP?

b) What is the formatting of the route pattern which you are hitting?  Is there overlap with another pattern that has a longer match?

Hi ,

When I see the logs I noticed,the foolowing.

Do u think it can happen because of this fan failure??

VG1# sh environment
Power Supply:

Redundant Power System is not present.


Board Temperature:

normal.


Fan status:

Warning - low fan rpm condition detected.

---this is 3725,protocol PRI

I don't think that's the root of the issue.  Are you seeing high CPU?

You need to answer all of my questions in the first post for me to be able to let you know what/where you should be looking at.
