I setup the IPPS based on ciscos guidelines. I did not encounter any problem on the installation and besides I can use the mailview without any problem but when I tried to use the Calendar menu and try to use the submenu (New meetings, Today's schedule etc.) option I received an error message saying Connection to Exchange server failed. Is there anyone who knows where the problem came from.
For a brief summary of my setup. I am using Exchange server 5.5 w/ SP4, Unity 2.4.6 and MSOutlook 2000 client. My exchange and unity server recide on one box.
I ran into the same problem and when I tried to repair/upgrade option it still did not work. I removed the IP Productivity service from and add/remove software, rebooted, and reinstalled. Since than I have not had the problem reoccur. Good Luck.
