I just installed IP Productivity Services, version 1.2.3. When email is sent to a user who has subscribed to the IP Prod.Service, the mail shows up when they have logged into mailview. When I try to veiw the same message in Outlook, it is not there. I have to close and reopen Outlook to see the new message. Any thoughts?
I wonder if you perform a manual send/receive if it will show up (closing and re-opening outlook would do that). If that works, check your send/receive settings to see if it is automatically updating the mailbox every x minutes.
