I'm not sure what you are saying. If you are looking for an IP set to automatically ring a destination when it goes off hook, then you can do that by:
a. Create a Partition called Hotline
b. Create a CSS called Hotline_CSS and add the Partitions Hotline and CampusPT.
c. Create a blank Translation Pattern and add Partition=Hotline, CSS=Hotline_CSS, Route Filter=None, and Called Party Transformation Mask=7661072 (for example) as the ring down destination.
d. Create a Phone with Partition-Hotline and CSS=Hotline_CSS.
