I installed the softphone on laptop. Created one CTI port in call manager and assigned the line number and associated it with a test user. I can dial any internal number and can receive the call. But when I am dialing any outside number it gives me the error "Bad address". But if assign this softphone with cisco IP phone than I can dial and receive the calls. I have the problem with CTI virtual line . Thanks in advance for the solution.
