IP Softphone not registered

After adding a CTI route point for an IP phone and directory number, the registration status is still unkown.

If I remember well in order to add a softphone:

- You first add a phone as a CTI port and you put the rest of the information the call manager requires

- If you want Extension Mobility create a device profile for a user

-Create a user with (CTI application button checked)

- Associate this user with the CTI port (appears as a PC on the left hand side (select it)

- Inside user menu, go to IP softphone and put the IP address of the PC.

- If you want extension mobility associate it with the profile you might have created.

(At least this is what i did and it worked as far as i can remember)
