ip switch integration

I am trying to connect unity 2.4.6 to cisco callmanager 3.07. I am not able to put in the ip of the callmanager on the unity administrator page. It is set to com 1 but is ghosted so I cant change. I have also tried to use the ip switch editor but when I select edit nothing happens. when selecting callmanager version 2.4 or above the tapi option changes to none, but still will not let me set ip address. Do you have any suggestions?

Re: ip switch integration

Admittedly, the UI on this isn't actually the best. You actually do not set the IP address of the CallManager from the SA switch page. That field is there for something else. The IP address of the CallManager is set in the AvSkinnyTSP configuration of the TSP control panel.

The selection you should make from the SA for a switch is MFG=Cisco
Model=CallManager
Switch PBX Software Version=3.01 or later
Integration=TAPI

Also make sure that the integration bit on the Unity system key is also TAPI.

On the Unity install CD, check the \Commserver\Documentation\Manuals in Adobe Acrobat folder for the Cisco Call Manager integration guide. That should explain how to configure the TSP settings.
