We are currently using callmanager and cat 3524s. With roughly 150 PCs and 130 phones, we are currently using a single VLAN for voice and data. Since we are growing and adding a 2nd building (connected vi fiber) we are replacing the 3524s w/ (2) cat 4006s. Is there a guidline for switching to seperate VLANs, or is it simply based on performance monitoring? We anticpate growing to ~250 PCs and 200 phones. Any advice is appreicated.

Just out of curiosity, Are you doing any type of QOS with all your voip and pc's on the same Vlan? or Is it just working with a native, non qos setup? Just Curious as we are putting in installations that Size and always looking at different ways of doing things.
