IP Telephony Design Help Needed

Help needed in how to design

1.)Sample "Bill of Quantity" for IP Telephony System for 150 users with Conferencing facility for 20 users with 10 Fax connections. Analog lines:16 and 1 E1 Trunk.

2.) Sample Design of "Proof Of Concept" for IP Telephony in Multiservice networking environment.

I need these designs urgently and your help will be highly appreciated.

Not the matter of my job..nor I do own a company.. these sample design documents are what asked to me in an interview for a job position in their company. Any sort of help by you may fetch me with the job.

I need to approach them back tommorrow.

I dint put the other questions for which I can design my own solution.
