My company just recently integrated CM 3.3 with about 300 new 7960 model IP Phones. The problem is, no one at our site is experienced with this new technology. So, what I am asking is if anyone has any recommendations as to what sort of training is out there just for basic administration and troubleshooting of our new system.
I just recently attended a CIPT 3.3 (Cisco IP Telephony) course from Skyline Computers. It touched on just about all of the features in 3.3 plus it included lab work to build and test. They are a Cisco partner and offer training at several sites. Their web site is: www.skylinecomputer.com.
I'm still trying to find more help in troubleshooting, let me know if you find anything!
