Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has this problem.
When the IP/TV viewer is running and you overlay another window on top of it, a Explorer window, and then remove it, the area where it overlaps disapears. The only way to get it back is to move the IP/TV window and it returns to normal.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

What are the specs on your viewer system? Maybe adding RAM would help, also try a different video compresion or format. Make sure your monitor screen refresh rate is set correctly also.

The monitor screen refresh rate? I never saw a spec for that for IP/TV. Maybe I missed something? What is the rate?

We're experiencing the same problem when using Windows XP. Is this your OS as well?

The problem you experience is common with out of date video dlls on your viewing PC. Upgrade to the latest IPTV viewer software and this should clear most issues.
Goto to CCO, Software Center, and look for video software.

We're experiencing the same problem when using Windows XP. We've installed IPTV Viewer 3.2 and this does not solve the problem. Any other suggestions? Did Cisco test for compatability?
