For CM 3.3.2 SPB, a user can not transfer calls through the Attendant Console. It looks like bug CSCDZ17546, but the IP Voice Media Streaming Application is not running, and we can't get it running. Could this be the reason for not being able to transfer calls? If not, what else would be affected by the service not running? And, they want to upgrade to 3.3.3. Would it be OK to upgrade while this service is not working? Thanks.

Under 'Service Activation' is the IP Voice Media Streaming App showing as 'Activated'? If not, then it needs to be.

Thats the problem, the Service Activation is disable and will not start. On rebooting the CCM services disapear from the win 2k services. I have to start the services manually (ipvmsapp -service).
