I am having problems transferring from a 7940 phone. Sometimes the transfer goes through and other times it just sits on the phone and never dials. It does not seem to matter if the phone called is on DND or not. It also does not seem to be certain extensions...sometimes the transfer works to a specific extension and then sometimes it does not to the same extension. We are on CME.
There are no media termination points and no 'gateway' config per se in CME.

I have a similar problem on all inbound calls from the PSTN on CME 4.0 - if a call originates local the CME, no issues; if it comes through the PRI, we can't transfer it (or park it, since that uses a blind transfer mechanism to do the park on CME).
