I have some doubts with the IP OnDemand Recording Licensing. Are those concurrent licenses or just supervisor licenses? If I bought one IP Ondemand recording license that means that for example a supervisor can record multiple calls or just one call?
I'm always confused with that licensing and I can't find a document that clarify that. Also what is the limit of concurrent calls? 25? 50? lets say for example using a MCS-7835 Server.
The license enables the use of the recording feature but the constraint on the number of simultaneous recording sessions is a run time constraint, not a licensing constraint. The number of such sessions is hardware dependent and also depends on the mix of features deployed on the server and whether or not the monitoring/record server is deployed on the primary Express server or on a separate expansion server. See the IPCC Configuration & Ordering tool for bid assuring a configuration.
The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
