We want to know Is it possible to use IP communicator and IPCC agent work together?

For IPCC Express, Cisco IP phone is required for agent phone.

Hi,

Yes it is possible. While you used to be able to install the CAD client with media termination, it is no longer supported in CAD 6.1.1. However, you can use IP Communicator 1.1.4 as the phone with every client except IPPhone Agent.
