IPCC - Agent busy

CCM 3.3(4) IPCC 3.1

Each agent as 2 DN (dial number) on there phone. First DN is for personal calls and second DN is for IPCC calls.

If an agent is on is personal DN they don't want to receive a IPCC call. Of corse the agent can put is station NOT READY but they don't want to do that.

Is it possible?

Basically when PSTN user dial the IPCC route point the call does not go through and you receive fast busy. Have confirmed that call flow is correct via DNA tool and that the route point is being hit. G.711 codec is being used and the route point, ports are in the same partition as phones which have no issue.

There is nothing you can do, like you said they will need to go NOT READY in order not to receive the call.
