IPCC agent desktop unable to login: error code 33

Hello,

We are running an IPCC system with ICM 4.6.2, CCM 3.2, and IVR 2.2 with IPCC Agent Desktops.

The system worked fine with all the agents.

Since yesterday we have a problem with one agent who is unable to login.

He gets the following message on its IPCC Agent Desktop: "The system is not ready to accept another AgentState request. Please wait a few seconds and try again. Note error code 33."

What is the error code 33?

I think its IP-Phone got disconnected for a while before, but now its up and running but he face this login pb (the ICM thinks the agent is still connected ? do I have to cyle the CG or the PG ?).

The problem could be due to the device being out of service on the callmanager. You can de-associate and then re-associate the the user's phone with the PGUser account.
