Issue: The customer had just increased the minimum password length and enabled complexity on the entire network using Active Directory, which means a special character will be required in all network passwords. When this happened the ICD Supervisor, who runs the ICD reports, could not login to CRA Historical Reorts using the new AD password.
Solution: I had the customer reset that particular user's password to something with out any special symbols or characters, just plain alpha-numeric. By doing this the user can now access the Reporting tool.
Question: Does anyone know what the password complexity requirements are for IPCC and/or CRA Historical Reports?
