IPCC Cutting off calls

HI Have cm version 4.1-3 and IPCC express 4.0,

When a call comes to the script and is then transfer to another phone, the phone rings but when answered the call is cut of.

Any know issues with this?

Do you have regions configured to only allow G729 to the answering phone?

If so, do you have a transcoder? - I think IPCC uses G711 only by default..

Alternatively make sure that IPCC is in a region that allows G711 to the answering phone... But consider the increased bandwidth usage...

As Aaron said make sure you are using the correct codec, during IPCC install you select either G.711 or G.729, you can view it from Parameter page in IPCC. It definitely sounds like a codec mismatch.
