ICM 6.0 SR7
CTIOS 6.0 SR4
From last couple of days we are intermittently facing problem that IPCC agents having 'Not Ready' state in CTIOS agent desktop still recieve call centre calls.Has anyone experienced this problem before?

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
