IPCC Ex Ed 3.1.2 : CAPSLOCK Issue in Macro

Hi,

When running Macro defined in Agent Desktop, if Keybord is in CAPSLOCK mode, our Keystorkes are wrong event if we're using [SHIFT] command.

For example, Figures are converted in letters if CAPSLOCK is on.

How can we sure that keyboard is not in CAPS LOCK before sending Keystrokes ?

Hi Fabien,

This is working as designed in current IPCC Express architecture. One workaround would be to built an external application to check if the CAPLOCK is active and deactivate the same. Then you can run the other macro.
