Hi, I am trying to update the __ccdrVar1 with the "Set Session Info" step.
I have added the "Get Session Info" step to my script and saved the session information in a local variable type session. That is, I coded the General Tab with a session variable. I did not code any attributes for this step.
I then added the "Set Session Info" step immediately after the "Get Session Info". I used the same local variable for the General Type session field as I did with the "Get Session Info" step. I then added the attribute __ccdrVar1 with a value assignment from a local string variable with the data that I want saved in the cdr record. I have traced the script and I am not seeing errors with the steps, but I am not getting the data saved in the __ccdrVar1.
Has anyone used the "Set Session Info" step to save data in one of the five attributes for custom reporting?
