IPCC Express 4.0 LDAP connection to CM

CRS engine running partial service status. RMCM subsystem manager is continually trying to init, and JTAPI will not start. Seeing hundreds of connections in time_wait state via netstat, connections from IPCC box to CM LDAP port 8404. Looking for where to troubleshoot on IPCC, which logs would have useful info as to what the problem might be.

Re: IPCC Express 4.0 LDAP connection to CM

IPCC 40 initialization wizard works a little different from previous versions. 40 creates all the required jtapi, rmjtapi users for you by logging into CM. I would suggest you start looking at the CM server to see if

a. jtapi user is associated with all the CTI ports and route point.

b. rmjtapi user is associated with the required agent phones.

c. IPCC 40 has rm jtapi and jtapi provider properly configured with same passwords on both ends. (this should have been set up during the initialization phase).

d. Have you tried restarting the server yet ?

e. See if there are any JTAPI versoin mismatches between CM and IPCC. You can optionally download JTAPI from CM plugins page and install it on IPCC server.

f. System - > Engine, you can configure tracing. You can also look at JTAPI logs under Trace files.
