IPCC Express: ASR and TTS Config Problem!

When ever I try and configure the TTS and/or ASR subsystem I always fail the username/password network share. It always says the server can't be reached/or uname/pw is wrong. They are not however.

The Nuance TTS/ASR is co located on my IPCC Express server and I can \\10.20.1.14 to the box with the administrator and pw just fine. This box is in production so all is well. I do not see anything in the log about the configuration failure also.

Sounds like the ASR/TTS is not installed yet. The CRS CD install does not install the actual software. It just enable the subsystem to be configured. To install the actual software, you will need to execute the setup on CD disc 4 and it will prompt for disc 5 afterwards. Everything should work after you install it.
