IPCC Express: # calls waiting

Is there a tote board or other recommened solution for use with IPCC Express to show agents in the call center how many calls are waiting?

Agent logouts, goes to get cup of coffee, meanwhile 4 or 5 others do this, the que backs up and callers are waiting.

I was thinking of something I could hang from the ceiling that would show calls stats, etc from IPCC Express -jason

Have a look a the Inova LinkLight Direct display, it's 29 characters X 3 lines, and connects via Ethernet - you can send whatever you like to it. It's around $5K.

We use a company Called Visual Electronics. They are out of Colorado. I know that their Software is VoIP capable and hooks into the ICD Server. Phone # is 303-639-8450

I have used the spectrum ultra-link with IPCC express
