Quick question. I know that I need to span the agents port in order to get recording to work. The problem is I'm having a Catalyst 3550 Inline Power switch running 12.1(13)EA1a and when I tried the monitor command with the "both" command in order to span TX/RX frames I received an error saying that because of the platform I can use "both" in only one interface.
I think that I need to use "both" in all agents interfaces, Am I right? if so how do I accomplish that in the 3550 Switch..
