Is IPCC express able to talk to Call Manager express and Unity express? Or IPCC express can only talk to Call Manager? What is the limitation on IPCC express? eg. number of agents can be supported etc?
Please direct me some useful CCO links for the reference.

In this moment, IPCC Express can not talk to CallManager Express because IPCC uses JTAPI to cummunicate with CallManager and this interface is not supported currently by CallManager Express.
