We have an IPCC installation. Currently myself and one other person have access to the AW's to do agent account creation and maintenance. We need to have more people do this task as we are growing by staff and production hours. ICM does not lend itself to be granular in access permissions and therefore requires giving supervisors and team leaders access to the entire ICM configuration. This must be a common issue in IPCC/ICM installs. Does anyone know of a way to limit AW access (other than the NT login account) or a third party tool to manage accounts? A web based tool would be preferable.
