Hi

We have a IPCC (ICM 4.6.2 CCM 3.2.2c and QM )setup installed and we are using a postrouting.

when i saw the reports eiher from monitor ICM or webview i am not getting any reports generated for the Trunk groups.

I would like to know 2 things

1. Does this trunk groups are required in IPCC post routing

2. if Yes how can i get the reports based on the trunk groups

The question is - Do you have any trunk groups configured in ICM? I guess not, because they are not configured for IPCC. If the trunk groups are configured and used is when you will get the reports.

Yes, I have created a trunk, But i am not sure these trunk groups are really required or not i am not getting any reports based on the trunk group.

You will not get trunk group reports for H.323 gateways if that is what you are using. You need to use SNMP MIB's.
