IPCC peripheral error codes received when trying to fire SUPERVISE_CALL_REQ

We tring to fire SUPERVISE_CALL_REQ from my CTI application as per ICM server message protocol 8.

We opening a supervisory session with CG, with

SERVICESMASK=150

EVENTSMASK=524287

STATUSMASK=1023

CALLMSGMASK=16777215

AGENTSTATE=1023

The CTI application is logged in on ACD in 'Not Ready' state and is configured on

ICM as Supervisor for all the Agents that the application is monitoring.

We are using CTI Server 4.6.2.

With the service mask value 150 when we fire supervisor request to Barge

into a call we get two specific peripheral error code related to

Supervisory barge-in , which change according to the values of Agent

ConnectionDeviceIDType.

When Agent's ConnectionDeviceIDType is 0 (which means, The ConnectionDeviceID value is stable over time (between calls)).

We are getting Agent ConnectionDeviceID same as Agent Extension Number, and in this case Peripheral Error Code is 13102

13102: PERERR_GW_E_THREADSUPERVISECALL_EXCEPTION_CONSULT

1st Level Text = 'JTAPI Gateway - Error on SUPERVISE operation - Exception'

2nd Level Text = 'Got an exception on a call to 'conference'(method

'DirectSupervisorBargeIn' in class ThreadSuperviseCall )'

3rd Level Text = ''

When Agent ConnectionDeviceIDType is 1 (which means, The

ConnectionDeviceID value is dynamic over time (between calls)).

We are getting Agent ConnectionDeviceID is 10 digit value generated from

ICM , and in this case Peripheral Error Code is 13113

PERERR_GW_E_THREADSUPERVISECALL_INVALID_AGENT_CONNECTION1

1st Level Text = 'JTAPI Gateway - Error on SUPERVISE operation - Bad

Connection ID'

2nd Level Text = 'The connection id in the agent object is invalid (method

'BargeInCall' class ThreadSuperviseCall)'

3rd Level Text = ''

These error we are getting from CG.

Could anyone point out in the right direction.
