I am familiar with setting DNIS information in IPCC but am trying to figure out how to capture the Caller ID NAME information so that I can pass it back out to the agent desktop popup. I can do DNIS etc, but cannot find Caller ID NAME that is being passed on the call manager. Any ideas or references?

This function is available in CRS/ICD 3.x version where you can have screenpop with infomation from the caller pass down to the agent desktop program. This software can be downloaded from software center in cisco site.

Did you find a solution, because I have the same problem.
In the agent desktop you have the number but not the name of the caller.
