Hi,
I`m new to IP telephony, have completed most CCVP courses so I am quite familiar with Call Manager. However, I am unsure how IPCC enterprise intergrates with Call Manager in relation to call routing etc... Suspect that this is done through CTI. Any basic info would be welcome.

In simple terms, the integration is done through the use of CTI route points and JTAPI.
Take a look at the installation guide below.
