IPCC - Wrapup Agent State Automatic State Change Timer

Dear all,

My customer is running IPCC version 3.0(3a) and Desktop Administrator version 4.3.2.9. They use Wrapup and want to change the automatic state change value. I believe this can be done via an ICM timer but am having problems finding this parameter.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Is this IPCC Express or Enterprise? If it is Express you are out of luck. With IPCC Enterprise go to the AW > Configuration Manager > Configure ICM > Enterprise > Agent Desk Settings

Create an Agent Desk Setting and apply it to your agents.

Does these mean there is no way of changing it for IPCC Express?

I believe we have to wait for IPCC Express version 4.0, for this timer to be available. Does anyone know when 4.0 will be available?

Hi

You can solved your timer timeout by Create and Activate a Macro file that after a Q call he will change automatic the agent state to Ready.

Correct. This will be available in 4.0
