2 days in a row now, I've had a java.exe process run away and consume a whole CPU on my CRS server. Has anyone else seen this behavior? yesterday, I killed the process, and the "CiscoCRAServletEngine" service stopped. Before I do this again, I'm curious what the tribal knowledge is on this.
While this is happening, The Administrative web interface is very slow, but call processing seems to be unaffected so far. I currently only have 1 small call center on this server. I have an aggresive schedule to add more call centers to this server, but I don't want to impact their performance.
