ipkeyswitch and gatekeeper ios

If i am having 2 routers connected point-point and connect 2 ip phones on each side of the router can i patch ipkeyswitch ios in only 1 router provided i have enough wan bw so that the phone images can be downloaded from one router only? If i am using ata186 with gatekeeper ios can i patch h.323 ios on 1 router only provided wan bw is sufficient considering point-point routers?

This should work as long as you enable ip helper-address for the tftp requests to go across the WAN link.
