IPMA confirmed bug

I just tried to setup our first production IPMA phone pair. I'd had it in testing for awhile, and other than how cumbersome it is to setup, and annoying to reset a manager after a phone reboot, it does look promising.

The problem is the production pair do not work with Divert all. Immediate divert works, but Divert all results in a re-order tone.

CM version is 3.3(2C). I see that bug CSCea35148

is listed as resolved in 3.3(3), but how do I make sure that is the problem I am chasing? Is there a way to see if there is a work-around or is it time to plan an upgrade?

It's difficult to say without more information, but from your description, and after reading the full details of the defect, that is most likely your culprit.
