IPMA issue, CCM 4.2

Hi,

When I press the "Go On line" button, I can read "XML parse error". It seems that the assistant console has always the same status and when I want to change into unavailable status: crash of the application. On the phone, I'm always invited to reconnect the IPMA service on the assistant phone.

On an another phone "IPMA service is not supported on this device".

Has somebody an idea about this pbm ?

Please restart Tomcat service.

If configuration is ok.

I would open a TAC case, before gather the following:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\IPMA\IPMA_Service**.txt

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\IPMA\IPMA_CTIClient**.txt

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\MA\initTrace**.txt
