IPMA issue

I’m trying to configure IPMA on CCM 4.2(1). When I press the services button either the manager or assistant phone, I get the following message: “A system failure was found. Please contact your system administrator.”

I get the same message when I browse to the URL on the server. I used the URL out of the documentation and have triple checked to make sure there are no typo’s.

I have cycled the IPMA and Tomcat service several times.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check the Service Parameter for IPMA

CCMAdmin | Service | Service Parameter |

Check CTI Manager and IPMA options.

What am I looking for under the Service Paramerter's for IPMA?

Also, what am I looking for under CTI Manager and IPMA options?
