2 weeks ago we upgraded an old CCM 3.3(3) up to 3.3(5) in order to be able to move onto 4.2(3).
I have a group of three IPMA assistants which work for one manager. Before the upgrade they could all three separately control the managers' phone (line at the bottom of IPMA application).
After the CCM upgrade i went to see that the IPMA application upgrade went well but noticed that within two out of three IPMA screens the bottom line was greyed-out making it impossible for the assistants to control the managers' line, however no problems with the third one...
I have checked all phone settings which might have changed during the upgrade but cannot find a clue.
Anybody experienced this before or might give me some pointer?
