IPMA & Personal Assistant

Does anyone know if using IPMA & Personal Assistant for the same users cause any major issues? Both use partitions & ccs heavily to work and it seems like you could use one but not the other. Has anyone ever successfully had an IPMA manager also using PA?

Thanks!

Yes, they can co-exist. I do not have any personal experience though.

Check the "Apply Rules for Calls through Personal Assistant Route Point" entry in the table of this document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2026/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00801a5e07.html

See also http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2026/prod_release_note09186a00801c7135.html#104805

The doc says that both PA and IPMA can co-exist and you can configure it so that IPMA has the option to intercept the call first and if it does not then PA will intercept the call.
