IPMA Problem

I updated a CCM to Version 3.3 SPb. The CCM is integrated in Active Directory. I want too set up IPMA. Now I have the problem that if I want to edit the assistant user I get an error message if I want to enter the IPMA configuration window. The window appears, instead the fields to enter there are error messages.

Does anyone have the same problem or know how to solve it?
