IPMA

Hi experts,

I had configured IPMA, everythings look good, but I am facing to issues:

1- the 7965 did not support the IPMA when I use the service to access the assistant.

2- the 7975 work as manger but the icons appear without color.

I have CM4.1 SR5 and i had upgrade the firmware for the phones to the lates one.

I would assume you read the config guide which states which phones support IPMA, 7965 is not one of them

As you do not mention if this is proxy or shared line if this is not your config click on the right link from the doc
